VWC Builders, Inc. is a construction and maintenance firm, located in Southern California; however, our work includes the Western half of the U.S. as well. VWC Builders, Inc was formed to provide knowledgeable construction and maintenance services to the facilities construction and maintenance industry. Our principals have over fifty years of experience in maintenance/construction supervision and management, are ADA specialists, and have remodeled and maintained over 400 restaurant facilities throughout the western half of the USA. VWC Builders, Inc. is set up to aid you in the project staging and development stage of the project. We then work first hand with the owner to bring a remodel project to completion. We are geared to 6 day, 60 hour work weeks to facilitate quick turn around on your project. Our experience allows us to closely tailor your building and equipment package to your needs and translating to the technical staff the requirements for successful integration of these needs to a complete design package. We know how much down time can cost. Our knowledge of the codes and requirements of the restaurant industry help us to quickly and easily progress through your project without interfering with Operations. We have national relationships with subcontractors and vendors, allowing us to ease the burden of renovation and get your restaurant serving customers again. We will have the scope of work complete and the mess removed by the time we say we will.
