TACO BELL

Interior and exterior image enhancement of several pre-existing locations in all of the Western States.  These restaurant upgrades completely change the overall cosmetic appearance of the facility. 

JACK IN THE BOX, INC.

Interior and exterior remodels to bring restaurants up to current ADA compliancy and enhance the interior image thru modern theme décor in several pre-existing locations in Central and Southern California.  These restaurant upgrades completely change the overall cosmetic appearance of the facility.  The scope of work consisted of completely replacing the existing ceiling, wall and floor coverings, and Décor Package.  Also included is the upgrading of the serving counter, restrooms and parking area to conform to current ADA Standards. 

LONG JOHN'S SILVER

Exterior and interior renovation as well as maintenance for the national restaurant chain.  The scope of work consisted of complete renovation of the exterior of the building including structural framing, stucco, pain and storefront.  The interior of the restaurant chains consisted of ADA restroom conformance, kitchen upgrades and dining room wall coverings. 

PIZZA HUT

Interior and exterior maintenance as well as small repairs.
